With the launch of eMaint University, the eMaint user community can now participate in a host of on-demand, self-paced learning sessions and seminars designed to complement and enhance not only your CMMS experience, but your maintenance and reliability knowledge as well.
eMaint University is designed to provide you with more training opportunities, more flexibility, and more tools to help you achieve your training goals. You will be able to stretch your training budget and use it more effectively for all maintenance & operations personnel, from line staff to those within management and leadership roles. eMaint University provides a strong economic value plus the ability to deploy required training faster, engage in a low-cost learning environment and drive a higher eMaint system user adoption rate.
The eMaint University portal is easy to access, right from the link in your eMaint X3 User Account. And just like X3, you'll have 24/7 access to the catalog of online sessions.

Web-Based Instructor-Led Training Services
Each of our Web-based training sessions, conducted via GoToMeeting.com, are two to three hours in length, making it easier for eMaint users to fit training into a busy schedule. The meeting center enables the easy sharing of documents and software applications in an interactive, virtual environment. All that is needed to participate in our online courses is high-speed Internet access and a phone for teleconferencing. Our courses cover topics ranging from System Setup & Administration to Work Order Management, PM Scheduling, Inventory Control and Reporting.
Custom and On-site Training Services
In addition to these standard courses, eMaint offers custom and on-site training services to meet client's unique needs. If you have several locations or a large number of people who require training, we can provide training at your site location, and design the training so that it is specific to your needs, policies, and processes. An eMaint trainer will work with you to determine the training agenda and will provide documentation in conjunction with the sessions. You may prefer to have a standard or customized course take place at your site. To discuss training options or to schedule courses, please call us at . eMaint provides several standard training courses as well as custom training sessions that help clients make the best and most efficient use of their eMaint systems. Experienced trainers who are fully familiar with the eMaint system teach all courses. Training is provided via the Internet or performed on-site at the client's facility.
